Great catch Andrew!

This little man is so precious and showed me on Saturday morning, just how busy little boys can be! I loved it, he played football for me, rode Abbie Kate's new bike, rocked on the rocking horse AND his mama brought Andrew's daddy's antique John Deere tractor! It is soooooo cute! Little boys are so fun, but Andrew let me pull out my bag of tricks....I mean if you look closely at his proofs, the shots by the window include a green m&m! But that's okay, it worked! Thank you Amy for such a wonderful experience with your little man, he is a treasure, and BEAUTIFUL to take pictures of!

First entry!

To begin with, this is Hannah....she visited with me on Saturday and this week is her first birthday. Her parents and grandmother came to help us keep little miss Hannah excited about her picture session...but she was a star! I thought these pictures were so cute and show her precious personality so well!

Okay, so here goes! I have never been a "blogger" but several of my friends love this...so I am looking forward to having a blog dedicated to something that is so dear to my heart. My photography business officially opened on Oct. 1, 2007...and God has blessed it every moment from the beginning. I have truly enjoyed learning and evolving into someone who can capture a sweet moment and print it out for someone to keep forever. I have learned one of the most wonderful gifts of photography is meeting other photographers. This field is made up of the most helpful, giving individuals...and like me, someone helped them get started at one point too...so many of them have helped me to learn my new equipment, studio photography, photoshop and how to develop an eye to discriminate what is and is not a good picture. So, I hope you enjoy this blog. I will do my best to keep it updated as frequently as possible. With this new year, I am beginning to offer many wedding packages, baby year long packages and albums. I am always open to suggestions and new ideas, poses, etc.... so please, NEVER hesitate to open up a new door for me....that is how I learn! Have a blessed New Years...welcome 2008!
